Appearance
In her human form, Katerina is a woman of slightly taller than average height, with pale skin, green-grey eyes and long dark reddish brown hair that she usually wears down.
In her manticore form, she is a horse-sized four-footed creature with purple-red fur, that resembles mostly a maned lioness with a humanoid face, a curving scorpion's tale and three rows of grinning sharp teeth. Both her bite and scratch are full of deadly venom, and she is both stronger and more durable than even her size would indicate.
Though it's been centuries since she's taken on her true form sometimes when she's feeling more comfortable she reverts to a 'demi', halfway version: her eyes turn more golden and catlike, her fingernails become claws and her teeth fangs, and sometimes she even regains her tail.
